Turns out, it is more achievable that you would imagine! They key is to come up with a plan that will work for you.

Each angel has different approach to their workout, yet they all look stunning. A popular training among many models is that of Mary Helen Bower, the founder of the Ballet Beautiful. In those exercises you use the weight of your own body. All you need to do is a yoga mat and a bit of space. Other popular routines among angels are Pilates, often complimented with weights and cardio training.
But models eat nothing!
Models need to be in shape all the time, but they do take special care of their bodies when an important show is upcoming. They workout up to 6 days per week, giving their bodies one day to recover and rest. Eating well with such a lifestyle is of utmost importance, so they definitely can’t be walking around hungry! They drink lots of water and eat a lot of leafy green veggies. That doesn’t meet they don’t enjoy pizza or pasta every now and again. They just make sure that their diets are well-balanced, with the proper amount of protein, vegetables and fruits in each of their meals.
Consistency is the key.
Models travel a lot and might struggle with regularity or routine. They need to plan meals and organize their time in order to be able to keep up the good habits. They make sure that when hungry, instead of grabbing comfort food that they crave, they have something delicious and healthy with them. That way, they don’t have to rely on restaurant food, which is never a sure source of a nutrient meal. They also admit they supplement vitamins and minerals. No matter how slim you are and how much you exercise, if you lack the essential nutrients, your skin and body won’t look healthy.
So, eat well and exercise. That’s it?
Well, there’s another important factor that influences our overall appearance. You need to let yourself rest by not stressing much and having enough sleep. Being chronically sleep deprived deregulates your entire hormonal system and can lead to serious illnesses. Quality sleep is a must and something you truly can’t compromise on! Remember, if you don’t take care of yourself, no one else will do it for you!
